Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems

Adey Innovation Ltd, Adey Innovation SAS & Adey Commercial Ltd, hereinafter referred to as “ADEY Group” design, manufacture, and supply innovative products and services that significantly improve the effectiveness of domestic and industrial heating and cooling systems and water treatment systems.

The efficiency and the functionality of our Business Management System is important to the success of our business - therefore we are committed to implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an effective and robust Integrated Business Management System at Group level, based upon the requirements of BS ISO 9001:2015, BS ISO 14001:2015 and BS ISO 45001:2018.

We aim to exceed our customer’s expectations while we conform to the Statutory, Regulatory, and other requirements related to our Products and Services in regard to our Business Management approach.

In order to achieve that, we will focus on the improvements of:

  • Our Quality of Services and Products on Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, Operational Efficiency, and on Supply Chain Performance
  • Our Health and Safety on eliminating Hazards, preventing work-related injuries, reducing OH&S risks, and providing safe and healthy working conditions,
  • Our Environmental friendly approach through increasing energy efficiency across the ADEY Group, enhancing environmental performance, also, reducing our activities and reviewing our products that negatively impact the environment,
  • Our Business Performance on Financial Health, Integrity, and on Innovation, in accordance with our other Internal, Human Resource, and Management Policies.
